Palace Resorts Hotel Cancellation Policy: Cancun Mexico Vacations hotel cancellation policy states that paid reservations are refunded in full if canceled 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled date of check-in. If paid reservations are canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled date of hotel check-in, a 'no-show fee' equivalent of one night stay may be charged. Reservations canceled on the scheduled date of hotel check-in, or after hotel check-in, will not have access to any refund in whole or in part.

Airline Cancellation Policy: All airline tickets are nonrefundable. Scheduled commercial airline tickets can be changed or canceled. The applicable airline cancellation/change fee applies. Currently the cancellation/change fee is $100-$125 per ticket depending on the airline. In addition to the cancellation/change fee, there may also be an additional cost for any fare increase/difference. Tickets are nontransferable and must be reissued to the same person the original ticket was issued to. Tickets must be used within one year of purchase date or will become void. Most charter airline tickets are nonrefundable, nontransferable and non-changeable. If not used, the ticket is void and cannot be used again.
